I have been an Amateur Breeder for Several Years
I've been involved in Canine Sport since I was 16 years old
I compete in Ring competitions, Obedience Competitions,
Mondioring Competitions, RCI Competitions,
and Dog Shows for General Appearance
and Compliance with Breed Standard:
How could this Breed, the Bouvier des Flandres
have aroused my interest so much that,
I had the privilege of Accompanying this dog throughout its Life.
I'd never settle for any other Breed
than the Bouvier des Flandres.
I must say that behind its Gruff Appearance
This Dog hides such a Good-hearted Temperament.
Then there is mutual understanding
that Develops between a Man, Woman or Child
and a Bouvier des Flandres.
It can Never be Destroyed.
This Link is as Strong as the Formidable Profile
and Unruffled Strength so characteristic of the Bouvier des Flandres.
It's a Dog that commands Respect
with the impression of Controlled Power Emanating from it
Under All Conditions
encountered in Life...
This Dog becomes an authentic “Nanny”
when Children are Around,
But Burglars Beware! The Bouvier becomes a Real Security Guard,
In the Home, it's a Guard Dog.
